Shipping
All gifts are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail at no additional charge. Orders requested under “Ship Now” are typically mailed within two business days from order acceptance. The delivery time for USPS Priority Mail is typically 2-3 days, but may be different during holidays and other busy times. All “Ship Now” gifts should be received within 5 business days from the order date, but we cannot guarantee any specific delivery date.
All future deliveries are shipped on the 1st business day of the month. Please review our CALENDAR to ensure that you allow for sufficient time to receive your gift. You may wish to order gifts up a month in advance if the special day is within the first 7 days of the month.
Returns and Refunds
RemindYourLove.com will replace any gift received that is damaged or incorrect at no charge to you. You must return the damaged or incorrect item to us before a replacement will be given.
You may, within three days of the ship date, contact us to change the recipient, shipping address, or shipping date for any future order at no charge. If you wish to cancel a future order entirely, a $10 restocking fee will apply. Refunds will be made to the same card to which they were charged. In the event that the card is no longer available, a check will be mailed to the billing address on record within one month. Refunds will typically be made within 2-4 weeks of receiving a refund request.
RemindYourLove.com is committed to your satisfaction. If for any reason you or the recipient is not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the gift in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a refund. A restocking fee of $10 is assessed to all returned orders for non-refundable shipping and wrapping costs associated with your order.
