How do I place my order?
Simply click on an item. On the product page, you will be prompted to select a delivery date, enter recipient info, and type a personal message. After entering the information, click the red button labeled “Add To Shopping Cart”. When you are done filling your cart, click “Check Out”- on the upper right-hand corner of every page. Follow the steps on the Check Out pages and you’ll soon be done!

How much does the gift card, wrapping, and shipping cost?
We love when people ask this question. A personalized gift card, wrapping, and shipping are always included in the price you see. All gifts come elegantly wrapped in our signature black and ivory box with a black satin ribbon and a personalized gift card. All gifts are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail at no additional charge.

I’ve got a little gift emergency. Can I get something delivered now?
We ship your order using US Postal Service Priority Mail. Orders you instruct us to “Ship Now” will leave our warehouse within 2 business days. The delivery time once it has been shipped is an additional 2-3 days. All “Ship Now” orders should be received in no more than 5 business days from date of order.

Are all of the gifts intended to be romantic?
While it is true that our site allows you to order romantic gifts for your significant others, it is equally true that our gifts can be given to ALL the women in your life. Many of our gifts do not convey “love” and the classic gift wrapping and opportunity to personalize your message will allow you to order for any woman in your life. (You may want to shy away from the satin robe…)

What if I can’t remember what I ordered?
Several days prior to shipping your gift, we will send you an email reminder of your order details. We’ll also include a description of your present to refresh your memory. If something has changed (i.e. the recipient or the address) you should contact us at least two days prior to the schedule ship date to make the necessary changes.

Will she know that I used the internet to easily order an entire year’s worth of gifts?
All of our gifts come elegantly wrapped in our signature gift box. There is, however, no indication that the gifts originated from RemindYourLove.com. The return address on the shipping box will have “RYL” as the name. If possible, you may wish to send all gifts to your name and address so that you may personally give them to the recipient. No one knows for sure what she’ll think, but the feedback we have received is positive. To know that you are doing everything you can to keep her happy is often the most important part of any gift.

Why do I have to pay for all the gifts at once?
At the time of order, all of the gifts purchased are your property. We package your items and store them in our warehouse for future mailing at your request. This is the service of RemindYourLove.com. You may, at any time, notify us of a change in recipient, shipping address, or shipping date without any penalty. You have ownership of the gift and therefore we must charge you in full for the order.

Why are all items shipped on the first business day of the month?
In order to keep things as simple as possible for our clients, all orders for future months will be shipped on the first business day of the month. That way, you can have the present ready to go just in time, or she’ll know that you’ve been planning for her special day. She won’t know, however, that you took care of your entire gift giving in one sitting!

Why include shipping and wrapping in the list price?
We hated going to other sites and paying $20 or $30 extra dollars by the time shipping and wrapping were included. We like to keep things simple here while still providing men with elegant gift options.

What shipping methods do you use?
All items will be shipped using US Postal Service Priority Mail. The delivery time for these items is 2-3 days from the day they are shipped.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can make your purchases using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card. We also accept debit cards with a Visa or Mastercard logo. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or money orders at this time.

What is your return policy?
Any gift can be returned within 30 days of receipt in its original condition for a full refund. We must, however, assess a $10 restocking fee to cover some of the gift wrap and shipping costs. Cancellations of future orders are also subject to the same $10 restocking fee, however, you may change the recipient name, address, or ship date without any fees – simply contact us at least three days before the scheduled ship date.

Do you charge sales tax?
Only orders shipped to California addresses will be charged sales tax, regardless of where the billing address may be. Any items shipped to address within Santa Barbara County will be charged 7.75% sales tax, and items shipped anywhere else in California will be charged 7.25%.

Can I place an international order?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate international orders. Only orders with shipping and billing addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) are accepted.
